Developing a Product Strategy: Highlighted the features and benefits of SBA loans, emphasizing personalized support and flexibility for small business needs.
Presentation Strategy (Parts VI C/D): Formulated strategies for creating effective group and individual sales presentations, ensuring alignment with customer needs. This included designing frameworks for achieving good social contact and structuring impactful business meetings.
The project underscored the importance of tailoring sales approaches to meet client-specific goals while maintaining long-term relationship-building principles.
